All our designs are original. Our name, Frill, sums up
our design concept. We love frilly, feminine, girly girl things. We don't want anyone to miss out on the fun
of dressing frilly!
All our designs are original designs by Leah Weinman. Leah has
worked in the garment center all her life. She has studied textiles and design at the University of Delaware, tailoring and
pattern making at F.I.T.
